Eat More Veggies 🔥🔥🔥 dEATS ⤵️ 1️⃣Fried Eggs, with Burst Tomatoes, Hemp Seeds, Za’atar, and Fresh Basil! I love making burst tomatoes because they mix into the oil and create this rich, tomatoey flavor. Just add some oil to a pan, add your cherry or grape tomatoes, and cook on medium-low for about 15 minutes until tomatoes quite literally burst ! 2️⃣Soft-boiled eggs, arugula, and avocado made fancier with a little bit of lemony mayo, breadcrumbs, and fresh dill! For soft boiled eggs, bring water to a boil, add your eggs, and cook for 6.5 minutes. Immediately submerge in an ice bath to cool before peeling! Lemony mayo is a dollop of avocado oil Mayo with a squeeze of lemon. 3️⃣Breakfast Quinoa Bowl made with two fried eggs, avocado, chili onion crunch, spicy mayo, and cilantro. To make spicy mayo, I use 1 part avocado oil mayo & 1 part sriracha! 4️⃣Jammy Eggs over butter-sautéed kale, avocado, chili onion crunch, and scallions! Since I know everyone will ask how can I make this eggs, you bring a few inches of water to a boil, add the eggs, cook for 6.5 minutes, and immediately submerge in a bowl of ice water.
