We made it to Wendy’s Country Market before a beautiful storm swept through. We bought stunning heirlooms, beets, kale and carrots. Last year I made kale chips and so I did again and omg. So damn good. KALE CHIPS 1 bunch kale washed and torn 1 big tsp nutritional yeast 1 tbsp olive oil Salt Preheat oven to 300. Pat kale dry, drizzle with nooch, salt and oil. Arrange on a baking tray so they don’t touch. Bake for 10 minutes, turn and bake for 5 more.
