I’m getting on the train. I’ve been seeing snacks galore and thought I’d bring back my version of Cauliflower wings. These beauties are one of my most shared posts ever and they are seriously hot damn delicious. I served them with Tahini Sriracha dipping sauce and ooooooooboy, snack game STRONG🔥 1 medium cauliflower 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 cup gf flour or rice flour 1/2 cup panko 1-2 tbsp vegan parm 1-1 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup Gochujang sauce Preheat to 425. Break off florets of cauliflower and place in bowl. In medium sized bowl mix everything but gochujang sauce and whisk to combine. The batter should not be too thick or too thin. You want it to stick to the cauliflower. Dip each floret and coat completely shaking of any excess. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Turn and continue baking for 15-20 more minutes until crispy.
