2/3/2021, 6:41:14 PM Veggies Veggies Veggies 🔥🔥🔥 Which one is your fav 1~6 ? 1️⃣dEATS: Air fried tempeh, roasted brussel sprouts and pumpkin (coat in oil, s&p and roast for 25 mins @ 200C) pan fried capsicum, mushroom & red, cabbage, bed of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, a lovely dollop of @obela _au hummus ⚡ 2️⃣dEATS: Pan fried tofu, brown rice 🍚, mushroom 🍄, red onion, zucchini, spinach, lettuce 🥬, cucumber 🥒, cherry tomatoes 🍅, avo 🥑, @obela _au hummus and sesame seeds !!!! 3️⃣dEATS: 1 packet @tildarice coconut, chilli & lemongrass basmati rice! 1/2 block tempeh, chopped spring, onion, diced garlic, random veg from fridge - i used mushroom 🍄, zucchini, broccoli 🥦, green capsicum and kale! 🥬 _Fry up onion and garlic until soft, then add ur tempeh! then chuck in ur veggies 🥬🥦 and sauté them to perfection! when near the end, add ur rice packet 🍚 and cook for 3 mins and serve 🥰 4️⃣dEATS: Roasted chickpeas, brown rice, loads of veggies, avo, hummus and sesame seeds !!!! bone app the teeth 🤩 5️⃣dEATS: Pan fried tofu - with lemon 🍋 & garlic, baked pumpkin 🎃 & potatoes 🥔 - 200C for 35 mins random veg - broccoli 🥦, capsicum, zucchini, spinach, mushroom a phat dollop of @obela _au hummus sesame seeds ✌️ 6️⃣dEATS: Basically it’s like a taco 🌮 bowl. the ‘mince’ is made out of TVP (used around 1/3 cup dry), capsicum, onion, mushroom, tomato passata and a bunch of mexican spices. i paired that with some brown rice, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado & @obela _au hummus!!! it’s also amazing with corn chips fyi 💚 ✓By @nourishing _emma 🖤
