Honey sesame salmon with chickpea mac & cheese + cauliflower gnocchi + zucchini 😋😋 INGREDIENTS 1.5 lbs of salmon (this was fresh, not frozen) 1.5 tbsp @bragglivefoodproductsliquid amin0s 2 tbsp @chosenfoods sesame seed oil 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp minced garlic @spiceislands _ Ground ginger (1 just did a couple shakes) 1 tbsp lime juice DIRECTIONS Combine all the ingredients & let the salmon marinate for an hour or more. Place the salmon skin side down on a baking sheet over parchment paper. Pour the marinade on top. Bake for 15 min on 400 then broil for 3 min.. SidesCook @eatbanza chickpea mac & cheese by following box instructions (I added almond milk). Sauté @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi in nutritional yeast& olive oil. Watch my tutorial on how to make it crispy in my highlight. Cut up zucchini. Place in a pan with a splash of water and the top on to steam them until tender.
