How about some homemade jam for the bread you’re all baking at home? I had quite a few grapes on hand that we weren’t eating so I turned them into jam 🍇 🤷‍♀️. Have you ever made your own? I’m hoping this doesn’t turn into a phase for me 🤪. Recipe. 700g red seedless grapes. 300g caster sugar. Juice of half a lemon. (I had a few blackberries on hand so I added them aswell). Combine all ingredients over medium high heat. Stir occasionally until it comes to the boil and the sugar has dissolved. Once the mixture starts to boil continue stiring frequently (be cautious as it boils). As you stir the grapes will break down, (alternatively once it’s ready you can use a potato masher to further break down the grapes or even use a stick mixer). After approximately 15-20 minutes and to test if the jam is ready, place a little spoonful on a cold plate and wait a minute. If the jam does not slide off easily, it’s ready. If it is still runny, continue to cook. Transfer jam onto a sterilised jar and enjoy with your freshly baked bread 😍. You do not need to use grapes you can use any fruit that you’d prefer, but always add the 🍋. ❤️❤️ @marys _kouzina . #maryskouzina #jam #fresh #homemade #grapes #bread #breadbaking #pink #fresh #greek #flavour #delicious #cakedecorating #cakes #love #sydney #australia #amazing #foodporn #foodie #foodies #cakers #tradition
