Tomo is Saturday which means Sunday is a day off. Everything hurts, my knees, hips, low back.. I miss my boys back home like mad but this has been one hell of a training so far with over three weeks to go... I can’t begin to describe the transformation I feel I’m going thru mind body and soul. Some of the best people I could have dreamt to be working and learning with. This gal here is going to be a certified life coach as of this time next week. So much on offer when I get home. I woke up this morning to a slight improvement with my back. Right then I decided this is going to be a great day. I had an opportunity today to go to a school and help teach a yoga class to some very special kids. The challenges these kids have are pretty severe. Some worse than other but that sure didn't stop them from rocking yoga poses and having FUN with each other. I went around and gave assists in savasana. It was magical to see them melt into the pose with a smile on there faces.  Some of the kids came up to me and waved and said hi and then ran away. Some wanted to hold my hand and touch my clothes. I have so many reasons to be happy. I am so blessed and beyond grateful❤️

but last night my body was craving cooked food. I found this AMAZING little spot called Dayu's Warung and it had exactly what I was looking for. This here is a quinoa taco. It was more like a quinoa omelette. Stuffed inside was sweet potato, kidney beans and spinach. It was amazing. Especially with the tamarind chutney on the side 😋

Daily affirmations work. I am living proof. 3 years ago at this time I was barely 3 months sober. I couldn't imagine that I would be travelling the world as an aspiring yoga teacher. Getting the opportunities to meet all these amazing ppl and see this beautiful planet we get a chance to visit. I am blessed beyond measure but it's not that I just woke up to all of this. I had to do the work. I had to put in the time to cultivate and really think about what it is I want from this thing called life. I am still a work in progress there is no doubt. I have a lot more work and figuring out to do but believe you me I am ready for it💞

This trip has been amazing in more ways than I can count but I am SO looking forward to reaching London so that I can play in my brothers kitchen. He has all the gadgets and a garden in his backyard. Woke up this morning with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude and abundance. This is a special weekend on so many levels. My bestie is staying with me before she moves to Texas, I’m officially retired (for now) in the restaurant biz and I’m starting a 4 month travel adventure with the love of my life. Life. Is. Good. I started my day by acknowledging where this abundance has came from. I sat, I meditated, I prayed. I gave thanks. This, NONE of this would be here without my sobriety. I am living the life that has been laid out for me. I manifested this life and I can’t take one second of it for granted. Today I teach my last class until Feb 2018. Take a break from the hustle and bustle and meet me on the mat

I think I've found heaven🙌 This is Desa Seni. They have 2 beautiful outdoor yoga studios, a garden for their restaurant, a spa, a salt water pool and accommodation so you never have to leave. Stunning. I'm here for a yoga class and coming back tomorrow to play in the Pool and do more yoga. I'm so glad I came💙
