Lately I have been inspired and in awe of the painted village of Pyrgi in Chios and the  geometric motifs that are painted across the facades of this medieval influenced village. The magical scenery is encompassed by narrow cobble-stoned streets, archways and balconies filled with cascading flowers and vine tomatoes contrasting the painted black and white patterns. A truly spectacular and picturesque location to visit in the future.

Some of the best people I could have dreamt to be working and learning with. This gal here is going to be a certified life coach as of this time next week. So much on offer when I get home. Daily affirmations work. I am living proof. 3 years ago at this time I was barely 3 months sober. I couldn't imagine that I would be travelling the world as an aspiring yoga teacher. Getting the opportunities to meet all these amazing ppl and see this beautiful planet we get a chance to visit. I am blessed beyond measure but it's not that I just woke up to all of this. I had to do the work. I had to put in the time to cultivate and really think about what it is I want from this thing called life. I am still a work in progress there is no doubt. I have a lot more work and figuring out to do but believe you me I am ready for it💞

I think I've found heaven🙌 This is Desa Seni. They have 2 beautiful outdoor yoga studios, a garden for their restaurant, a spa, a salt water pool and accommodation so you never have to leave. Essentially me in a nutshell. I have been writing in my journal a lot since I started my sabbatical. And it's crazy how much has changed on the inside since it all began. I knew that things were going to shift but didn't realize how all this alone time was going to mould me. Turning inward has been the best gift and the fact that I'm visiting beautiful countries is just the icing on the cake. It has been 46 days since I left Toronto and I still have 3 1/2 months and 3 countries to go.  How awesome is that😊
