44 years around the sun. To my current self, I wish to thank you for the lessons. I know it hasn’t been easy getting here. We’ve weathered a few nasty storms but we made it~all faculties basically in tact. For without those torrents we would not be able to seize today and seize I intend to do. I have known from a wee lass that I was destined for great things, and funnily enough I have, in these 44 years plus a morning, lived more life than I could possibly imagined but there is still so much yet untold. So much yet to do and I am almost busting at the seams wanting to get to more of the good stuff. I am supported for my great work. The universe has me. The world is ready and now I am too. I will not shrink back. IAM READY. God has big plans for me. To my past self, thank you. To my future self~let’s enjoy the ride✨

And so it is... here I am at the  airport waiting to board a flight to Mexico almost 3 years after my first training. Heading back to do a 300 hour advanced TT

 —so very ready, coming at the right time, so very needed. A lot has changed for me in the course of 6+ years. I got sober, quit the restaurant industry (twice) the only “real job” I’ve ever known, worked at becoming a yoga teacher (it takes work, tenacity, dedication and a shit ton of time), ended a decade long relationship, started a new relationship with the love of my life, and now heading back for more training (cause I’ll be learning this practice for the rest of my life) to better myself and reconnect. I am nervous, excited and already miss my man and my cat but GD do I need this. I will have zero connectivity (or coffee month long detox....😫) for 6 days of the week which is going to be tough but SO needed. Grateful AF for this opportunity... another adventure awaits💛

I am taking risks on myself because I am worth that risk. I am expanding because growth is my only option. I have been down the road of stuck, stagnant and spiritually dead and since that’s no longer a thing the only way to GO is to GROW. There is ALOT I don’t know but I am not going to let that stop me. Fear is a wily bitch.. fear, doubt, and then more fear. Fear stopped me in the past. Stopped me from following my dreams but not any more. I have come so far and I still have so far to go.
