Rye rusks topped with tomatoes 🍅, onion and feta cheese 🧀 , topped with oregano 🌿 and Cretan EVOO. Don’t forget the dried olives either (our favourite).

I enjoy Ntakos most when I’ve allowed the tomato juices to soften the rusks slightly.
