Cilantro Lime Shrimp & Avocado Salad 💕 Ingredients: 1 lb. precooked shrimp, chopped 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped 1-2 avocados, diced 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped 3 limes, juiced Salt & pepper, to taste. Instructions: 1. Add your chopped shrimp, tomatoes, avocado, onion & cilantro to a bowl & season with salt & pepper. Add your lime juice & toss to coat. 2.
