Veggies Pasta Dinner 💣💣 Your fav 1~5 ? 1️⃣Brown rice pasta + sautéed zoodles & tomatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic + once veggies and noodles are cooked, toss all together with a splash of bone or veggie broth, butter, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, parsley & parmesan cheese 🙌 2️⃣3/4 cup pasta (measured before cooking/ I used brown rice shells) cook then set aside. heat 1 tbs butter & 1/2 tsp minced garlic together on medium heat. add in 2 tbs sun-dried tomatoes, 1 packed cup of spinach & cooked pasta together. turn off heat (spinach will wilt from heat of everything else) then sprinkle in about 1tbs parm & sprinkle of pepper. top with optional extra parm & red pepper flakes ✨ 3️⃣Lemon broccoli pasta: add cooked pasta to a pot then add & mix in 1 tbs butter, 1 tsp Trader Joe’s umami seasoning, squeeze of lemon, sprinkle of parm & pre cooked sautéed broccoli ✌️ 4️⃣ @taste _republic gluten free linguine tossed in @traderjoes vegan pesto & roasted tomatoes (halved cherry tomatoes tossed in olive oil, italian seasoning, salt & pepper then cooked at 425° for about 15 minutes) 5️⃣Cook brown rice pasta, reserve some pasta water, then drain the pasta & set aside. add some butter, garlic, pasta water & splash of milk into pan on medium heat. once sauce thickens, add in pasta, cooked veggies & some sun dried tomato pesto. stir together then top with some parm & red pepper flakes 💫 ✓By @foodnsunshine 🖤
