One of my favorite dinners is this spicy garlic shrimp pasta bowl, which feels fancy but comes together in 15 minutes 💫 Here's how I do it: ✨ Begin by cooking your pasta: I used banza chickpea rotini, but go with your favorite! Toss the hot noodles with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder (or sautéed garlic), dried basil + oregano, sea salt, red pepper flakes and looots of parmesan (to taste) ✨ Next, sauté the shrimp! Fresh or frozen works here, but make sure it’s thawed and patted *very* dry before it’s cooked. Toss with @primalpalate cajun seasoning or a combination of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and sea salt. Heat 1-2 tbsp. garlic ghee or avocado oil in a skillet over medium high heat and sauté shrimp till pink and slightly browned, about 7-8 minutes. ✨Remove shrimp from the pan and add two handfuls of spinach (per person); sauté a quick 10 seconds, or until slightly wilted and season with parmesan + red pepper flakes. Toss everything together or add each component to the bowl separately (as seen here! Enjoy! ♥️ ✓By @sara .haven 🖤
