Looking for a way to eat DEEEELICIOUS takeout style broccoli and tofu without all the added who knows what?? Those were my exact thoughts yesterday when I got to making this bowl. I had a crown of broccoli and tofu that needed to get used so here we go!! . TAKEOUT STYLE TOFU AND BROCCOLI (serves 2) •1/2 block extra firm tofu pressed and cut into cubes •steamed rice •1 crown broccoli cut into florets MARINADE FOR TOFU •2 tbsp tamari •1 tsp toasted sesame oil •2 tsp vegan sriracha •1 tsp rice wine vinegar •pinch of white pepper Marinate tofu and set aside. I let mine hangout for 30 minutes. GINGER CHILLI SAUCE •2 tbsp tamari •2 tbsp minced fresh ginger •2 tsp vegan sriracha •1 tsp sesame oil •1 tsp rice wine vinegar Whisk all ingredients together and set aside. Boil broccoli for 3 minutes in salted water. In a large nonstick pan or wok sauté tofu until golden. Add one teaspoon avocado oil to pan and add chilli sauce ingredients. Toss cooked broccoli and tofu into pan and stirfry together until well coated.
