💥RICE & BEANS VEGGIE BOWL💥 Make 2-3 servings! INGREDIENTS: ✖️1/2 cup rice (I used basmati rice) ✖️1 can of kidney beans ✖️1/2 red or white onion ✖️1 medium garlic clove ✖️Asparagus ✖️Orange bell pepper ✖️Jalapeño (more the spicier) ✖️Parsley ✖️1 tomato ✖️2 tbs red wine vinegar ✖️1/4 tsp salt ✖️1/4 tsp Black Pepper ✖️Coconut oil INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Boil rice 2. Heat pan with coconut oil 3. Sauté onion and garlic for a few minutes (2-3 min). Meanwhile prep other veggies. 4. Add in red wine vinegar, spices, jalepeno, orange bell pepper, asparagus, kidney beans, and asparagus and continue to sauté for a few minutes (2-3 min) 5. Add in tomato and parsley and sauté for about a minute or until the tomato and parsley is cooked 6. Combine rice with veggie mixture and serve! ✓FOLLOW @foodliife _ and ENJOY 💥
