I filled mine with just veggies but you can definitely add ham, cheese, bacon or anything else you’d like🥦🧀 I cut them and froze in individual portions to make for a quick breakfast! ⁣ Crustless egg white quiche: ⁣ 2 cups egg whites⁣ 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt⁣ Broccoli⁣ Peppers⁣ Zucchini⁣ Mushrooms⁣ How to: ⁣ Dice a bunch of veggies (or whatever you’re adding in), season with salt, pepper and garlic and roast until soft. Set aside and let cool. Mix together the egg whites and yogurt until it becomes a uniform mixture. Once veggies are cooled, add to the bottom of a pie dish and pour egg mixture over the top. Bake on 375 for 45 minutes⁣ 😉 ✓By @fit _by_anya 🖤
